Shipping and delivery


We ship our goods, carefully packed in cardboard boxes, via various parcel service providers or, if desired, by forwarding agent. By default, we ship nationally with DHL, whereas in Europe and elsewhere around the world we compare the shipping costs and send the goods using the most advantageous shipping service provider for our customers. The applicable shipping costs are partly calculated according to the individual package weights.
We only charge you for the actual shipping costs incurred, which are shown separately on the invoice. Please understand that the table below includes our DHL standard prices (*per package plus VAT and any customs duties) for your information. Parcel tracking
Once you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, you can track your shipment online. A link is provided in the email - if you click on it, a DHL webpage will open that contains the desired information about your shipment.

We will take care of collecting the packages. You determine the pick-up date, and we pay the shipping costs. Please have the package ready for shipment; the return slip will be issued by the shipping service provider when the package is collected.
